Amara Emerson

My name is Amara Emerson and I'm a student living in England studying Computer Science at the University of Manchester.

I'm a programming enthusiast, and I like learning more about Unix, Linux, and the GNU system. My main work as of now is to build applications that fit into the Linux system, with a hope to be able to contribute back to the community that has given me such a great OS.

My interests outside IT include football (soccer), music and building things.
